![]() That leaves SPCIA, each affecting an assortment of events, most of which reward items or junk. It's even less huge with 1.6 and random quests, as you probably want to give explorers RadAway regardless in case they run into some ghouls out there. Some people prefer an outfit then with at least +1E for radiation immunity, but with 10E an explorer only needs a couple RadAway so it's not huge. Endurance (once leveled up) is only good for rad resistance, with immunity occurring at 11+. Luck is only caps and so is useless late game when you're rolling in them. The wasteland is again a lot more difficult. My preferred outfit then is the Expert Jumpsuit (+7A) for crazy attack speed. It really comes done to either luck or agility then, and I think faster fire rate is way better than faster crit build. I don't think more perception than 10 is necessary, as at that point it's pretty easy to consistently get high crit damage. In questing it actually won't do anything at level 50, so all that matters is PAL. There's links in the first one to further reading on events in the wasteland and how we know what effects what if you're curious for more than the summary.Įndurance is critical for health as always, so max it at level 1 and level your dwellers with a high endurance outfit, but once a dweller hits level 50 endurance is a lot less useful. Quests are very straightforward about it and the game tells us everything about their effect, but the wasteland is very obscure. ![]() I've got two nice brief lists as a summary of the effect of SPECIAL in the wasteland and while questing. That's from when the game was pretty much just released, so there's a lot of speculation there. There's nothing but outdated information and sources in that link, and while some of it is correct, some of it is just plain wrong.
